A little about us….. We have been married for 22 years, and have a beautiful daughter, 3 rescue dogs, 2 rescue cats, and a few other critters in our home in the East Bay. We were both in corporate sales when drawn to real estate 22 years ago, Linda working for Sunkist, and Steve joining her 13 years ago after 30 years in corporate sales. We all know the saying “opposites attract” and in this case it is true. Steve is analytical, dotting every I and crossing every T to make sure our clients are protected, while Linda is very conversational, and innovative. With us you get the best of both worlds.
In our 22 years we have gained a lot of experience, and have been through a lot of changing markets, but the one thing that remains the same is our goal to meet our client’s needs. We pride ourselves on our excellent communication skills (we answer our phones, emails, and texts) and first class marketing. For our buyers we are available 7 days a week to show property, have vast knowledge of local communities, and pride ourselves on negotiating the best purchase terms on your behalf….and of course love handing over the keys to your new home!
